These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SolarGeet Energy website and the products and services we provide. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging us for solar products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This document is a template provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice.
SolarGeet designs, supplies, installs and maintains solar power systems for residential, commercial and industrial customers. The precise scope of work, components and deliverables for your project will be set out in a separate written proposal or contract, which prevails over any general information on this website in the event of a conflict.
Estimates generated by our online calculator are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. Formal quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to a site survey. Prices may change due to variations in scope, component availability, applicable taxes, or government subsidy revisions. Subsidy amounts are determined solely by the relevant authority and are not guaranteed by us.
Component warranties (panels, inverters and batteries) are provided by the respective manufacturers and passed through to you on their terms. Our workmanship warranty covers installation quality for the period stated in your contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, force majeure events, or failure to follow recommended maintenance.
You agree to provide safe and timely access to the installation site and to ensure the structure is suitable to bear the system. Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, site conditions, DISCOM approvals and factors beyond our control. Ownership and risk in the system pass to you in accordance with your project contract.
Payments are due according to the milestone schedule set out in your contract, which may include an advance to commence engineering and procurement. Late payments may attract interest and may delay works. All prices are exclusive of taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolarGeet’s total liability arising out of or in connection with any project shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant works. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of savings, profits or generation, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Haryana. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
